Justification of the necessity of the procurement: One of the main statutory tasks of the enterprise is to ensure the provision to the population of primary, secondary (specialized), palliative medical care, tertiary (highly specialized) and emergency medical care in the conditions of a 24-hour inpatient facility, day hospital or on an outpatient basis in an acute state of disease or with chronic diseases that require intensive treatment and care, with the mandatory presence of an emergency (urgent) medical care department, and the management of medical services for the population.
In order to perform the above and other tasks, and with the aim of ensuring the provision of high-quality medical care to the population, the Customer must, inter alia, supply itself with the necessary quantity of rapid tests.

Expected value of the subject of procurement: UAH 16,500.00
The expected value of the subject of procurement was determined by the method of comparison of market prices, collection and analysis of information on the prices of goods and services available in open access on the Internet, including on the websites of manufacturers and/or suppliers of the relevant products, specialized trading platforms, electronic catalogues, advertising, price lists, in the electronic procurement system “Prozorro” and on similar electronic trading platforms, in accordance with the Model Methodology for Determining the Expected Value of the Subject of Procurement approved by Order of the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine No. 275 of 18 February 2020 (as amended).
Technical and qualitative characteristics of the subject of procurement: set out in the Announcement (published in the electronic procurement system “Prozorro”), taking into account generally accepted norms and standards for the said subject of procurement.
Delivery period: from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31 December 2025
Procurement volume: 800 pcs
The procurement volume has been determined in accordance with the Customer’s needs based on the actual use of the said subject of procurement in the previous year and the amount of funding.
